BREAKING- Udbhav Ganjoo heading HR -Global Operations for Mylan's extension, Upjohn

A seasoned human resource professional with over three decades of experience across industries like engineering, automobiles, services, and pharmaceuticals, Udbhav Ganjoo has been appointed Head of HR -Global Operations, India, Emerging Asia, and Access Markets at Viatris in November 2020,  which has taken over Upjohn and merged into a new entity- Viatris. It’s the same organisation that has undergone a transformation.

The renowned Ranbaxy veteran is known to have worked in various leadership HR positions in the group, inclusive of corporate, global research and development, quality, and manufacturing divisions.

Experience in talent management and maximizing human performance through the strategic application of a variety of HR initiatives, Ganjoo has had a successful track record of addressing challenges related to talent acquisition, diversity, rewards and compensation management, retention, employee relations, training and OD.

He is also known to have partnered closely with the business to drive strategic HR initiatives and managed operational responsibilities for effective talent management, maximizing productivity, mergers and acquisitions, change management, employee diversity, succession planning, organizational design and employee engagement in various leadership positions.
 
Prior to his stint at Viatris, he was working as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Mylan India and Emerging Markets.
