Biswarup Goswami has been appointed as the chief human resources officer (CHRO) of Intech Organics, effective August 2024. In this new role, his goal will be to strategise and contribute towards the HR team and organisational success.
He is an expert in HR consulting, executive coaching, career development, leadership development and labor & employment law.
Previously, he has spent over five years at Tata Steel (Metal & Mining), almost a decade at Timken India, six years at Philips India, three years each at Bharti Airtel and Galaxy Surfactants. Most recently, he served as the CHRO & Advisor HR at GHCL.
