Bath & Body Works is set to expand its workforce significantly this holiday season, hiring 30,000 new seasonal associates across its more than 1,800 stores in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. In addition, the company will employ 2,700 associates for its four distribution centers in central Ohio.

The retail giant aims to enhance its service and convenience during the peak holiday season. Deon Riley, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bath & Body Works, emphasised the importance of the human element in their business: “Nothing is more important than the human element of our business, and we are committed to providing employment opportunities that offer meaningful professional growth in a culture where associates are recognized as valuable contributors.” Riley added, “We’re proud to welcome our new associates to the Bath & Body Works Gingham Nation team and deliver continued exceptional shopping experiences to our customers this holiday.”

Bath & Body Works will offer several benefits to its seasonal staff, including:

- Competitive wages and flexible hours
- A 40 per cent discount at Bath & Body Works stores
- Daily Pay, which allows employees to access earned wages before payday

Additionally, there is potential for seasonal roles to become long-term positions; in 2022 and 2023, over 40 per cent of seasonal sales associates transitioned into permanent roles with the company.
