In a recent press release, Aldi highlighted its commitment to offering competitive pay, industry-leading benefits, and long-term career growth opportunities as part of its National Hiring Week. The new starting wages will vary depending on the role and market and are part of Aldi's ongoing efforts to remain a top employer in the retail sector.

Alongside wage increases, Aldi is also enhancing its benefits package. Employees working more than 30 hours a week will now have access to healthcare insurance, paid time off, and other perks. Additionally, in response to employee feedback, the company introduced flexible scheduling and fully paid parental, and caregiver leave in 2023.
