AIIMS Patna has issued a notification inviting online applications for the position of Project Nurse 3 under the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The recruitment is for a research project titled "Development and Validation of Prognostic Models for Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury: A Comparison of Modern Machine Learning Methods." This project involves both office work and field visits, and the appointment will be made on a contractual basis.
To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum of a second-class four-year BSc Nursing degree or a diploma in nursing or midwifery (GNM), along with relevant research experience. Those selected for the position will receive a salary of Rs 28,000 per month, plus HRA. The age limit for applicants is 35 years or below.
The job requires candidates to have the technical competence necessary for data collection and management, as well as assisting in various research activities associated with the project. The appointment is on a one-year contract, which may end sooner if the funding is withdrawn. The contract can also be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice.
Leave entitlement will follow the DHR/ICMR policy, as amended over time. It’s important to note that AIIMS Patna will not provide accommodation or hostel facilities to selected candidates.
