Firm believer in learning and growing Nair talks about her noteworthy initiatives which revolves around helping employees in learning space. They were mainly on; Fostering the Learning Culture, Equip Leaders, Driving Attitudinal Change “GyaanVruksh” which reached upto family level, designed and developed Technical Capability enhancement for employees which included skill & competency mapping for future skills.
Indu Nair has worked in Training & Development, HR processes, Recruitment, Employee Engagement at this strategic site of Vapi. Having an overall experience of 7 years and being associated with Bayer for last 6 years she has proven the leadership which resulted much success for the organization.
During the last 6 years, she is known to have created & executed various L&D projects at site and have been involved in various HR projects for which we as a team and individually have achieved various internal and external recognitions. Perhaps the biggest achievement lies in the everyday learning that one gets here!
“Since my graduation my Passion for People had always reflected and having seen this resonance deeply, I became sure of it! I started my career in 2013 in a consultancy firm & in 9 months I realized “Doing what is to be done is Life, but liking what you do is Happiness” and I stepped in to Bayer Vapi, our manufacturing setup based at Vapi in Gujarat in 2013, where I found my happiness in real sense,” states Indu Nair, HR Business Partner Vapi.
Alongside the impact of her contribution towards her company has truly been commendable. “Giving various perspectives, ideas and doing things innovatively emerged as strong areas for me which surely made an impact. High level of team support and their acceptance made it seamless for undertaking life changing projects at site by taking baby steps together as a team to move our journey from Good too Great TO Great to Ultimate in a collaborative way.
“Lastly, I believe that getting in depth of the subject and creating meaningful outcomes to the industry and in the society remains my key success!, says Nair.
