It has been a marvelous experience to converse with such great leaders who are striving hard to not only live by the motto of 'Diversity in all aspects,' but are also practicing the same in their respective realms. At Tech Mahindra they are not only focusing on outgrowing with talent pool but are giving opportunities to not just every gender community but also to those who are specially-abled.
