Hard work clearly. Early on in my life, I was quite inspired by Ivan Lendl, one of the most hard working sports person.

Getting into Business Consulting space early on in my career that taught me lot of virtues of strong ownership, team player, multi-tasking and most important of all effective communication.

Clearly define the problem statement, lay down MECE options and key considerations and be meticulous and focused in evaluating the options
