WeClinic Homeopathy, an emerging private homoeopathic clinic, has announced plans to hire 100 additional employees in 2025 to support its expanding operations across India. The move is part of the company's strategic growth plan to cater to the rising demand for homeopathy-based treatments and improve accessibility to alternative healthcare solutions.
The hiring drive will focus on diverse roles, including medical professionals, administrative staff, and teleconsultation experts, aimed at enhancing both in-person and virtual consultations. With plans to expand into tier-2 and tier-3 cities, the new recruits will play a critical role in delivering healthcare to underserved areas, where traditional and alternative medicine often intersect.
Discussing the expansion, Dr. Deeksha Katiyar, Founder and Managing Director of WeClinic, shared, “The new year marks a transformative phase for us at WeClinic. Over the past year, we have seen a 40 per cent increase in patient consultations, and the need for accessible, high-quality homoeopathic care has never been greater. Adding to our team is essential to ensure that we meet this growing demand without compromising on the compassionate, personalised care that WeClinic stands for.”
Co-founder Alok Katiyar emphasized the company’s commitment to leveraging technology for improved healthcare delivery. “WeClinic has been at the forefront of adopting tech-driven solutions in homoeopathy,” he said. “Our teleconsultation platform has been a game-changer, especially during the pandemic. As we scale up, integrating advanced technology into our operations will allow us to provide seamless, patient-first experiences. Hiring skilled professionals will be a step toward achieving this vision.”
Founded in 2019 by Dr. Deeksha Katiyar, a passionate advocate for holistic healing, WeClinic combines homoeopathic principles with modern healthcare practices. The clinic has witnessed significant growth over the past four years, driven by increasing patient interest in personalized and side-effect-free treatments.
The homoeopathy sector in India is currently experiencing rapid growth, supported by rising awareness of alternative healthcare options. According to market reports, the industry is projected to grow at a CAGR of 18 per cent between 2023 and 2030, driven by an increasing preference for natural and holistic treatments.
Analysts note that WeClinic’s move aligns with broader industry trends as players across the alternative medicine space look to expand their footprints and strengthen operational capabilities. “WeClinic’s growth strategy reflects the evolving healthcare landscape in India,” said a senior industry observer. “As more patients seek personalized treatments, the demand for skilled professionals in homoeopathy and related fields is expected to rise significantly.”
Looking ahead, WeClinic is also planning to launch teleconsultation services in regional languages to improve access for non-English-speaking populations. The company aims to set a benchmark for holistic care, blending traditional wisdom with modern innovations.
Dr. Katiyar added, “This year, our focus will not just be on growth but on ensuring that every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for. We are confident that expanding our team will bring us closer to realizing this mission.”
The recruitment process is set to begin in early February, with a structured approach to onboarding and training. “Our goal is to create a workplace where every employee feels empowered and aligned with our vision of healing and transformation,” Alok Katiyar concluded.
As the alternative healthcare industry continues to expand in India, WeClinic’s move is a step toward meeting demand and setting new standards in patient care and operational excellence.
