While enabling technology is important, it is the human workforce who will not only be executing on your organisation’s digital transformation strategy, but ensuring it’s ongoing success far into the future. 

Unless organisations equip their people with new mindsets, behaviours and capabilities critical for success in today’s environment, the survival becomes a great deal!

"In many ways the great resignation is as much of a phenomenon of the skill pull as it is of personal choices,” states Prabir Jha, Founder and CEO, PRABR JHA PEOPLE ADVISORY.

He further explained that unless one changes his/her individual mindsets, there is no way the collective mindset change and without change of this collective mindset we can keep talking about skills and relevance of kills or government may create a ministry for skills, but it is not going to necessarily and by default skill the Indian youth enough.
