Tesla CEO Apologises Over Wrongly Sent ‘Low Severance’ To Employees

“My apologies for this mistake. It is being corrected immediately."

According to a well-known media, Tesla CEO Elon Musk admits to have been mistakenly credited “low severance” to some of its laid-off employees. The mistake is known to have happened few days after Musk announced 10% global job cuts due to loss in profit making.

Shortly following the announcement, numerous Tesla employees recounted their experiences of unexpectedly finding themselves unable to access buildings upon their arrival for work.
“As we reorganise Tesla it has come to my attention that some severance packages are incorrectly low," Musk said in a short email sent to employees on Wednesday, which was viewed by a well-known media. “My apologies for this mistake. It is being corrected immediately."
