Communication skills are highly valued, with 27 per cent of postings highlighting their importance, reflecting the sector's focus on customer-centric services and the need for clear communication of complex financial information. English proficiency is also crucial, noted in 10 per cent of the postings, emphasizing the global nature of business today. Additionally, 8 per cent of postings seek analytical skills, pointing to the industry's reliance on data-driven decision-making and the use of advanced analytical tools. This data underscores the evolving skill set required in the BFSI sector to meet contemporary challenges.
