Saurav Adhikari Joins Zee Entertainment’s Board

Zee Entertainment announced the appointment of Saurav Adhikari as an Additional Director in the non-executive category, effective immediately.

Adhikari is a seasoned global business leader with 40 years of experience spanning technology, FMCG, and consumer durables industries. His illustrious career includes nearly two decades at HCL, where he played pivotal roles such as Founding President of its enterprise networking startup, President of ITES North American business, and President of Global Strategy. He worked closely with HCL’s founder and chairman, overseeing the group’s business strategies and initiatives under the Shiv Nadar Foundation.

Before HCL, Adhikari held senior leadership positions at global giants like Unilever, PepsiCo (as Vice President), and Groupe SEB, where he served as CEO of its India business.

Currently, Adhikari is the Founder and Senior Partner at Indus Tech Edge Fund I, a growth-focused investment fund. He also serves on the boards of Goodricke Group Limited, Accelya Solutions India Limited, and Bridgeweave Limited, a UK-based AI fintech firm.

An alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer, Adhikari graduated with a BA (Honors) in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, and earned his MBA from JBIMS, Bombay University. He further enhanced his leadership skills through an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
