Sanjeev Muramkar Promoted As New CHRO At Adani Electricity

Adani Electricity has promoted Sanjeev Muramkar to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sanjeev, who joined Adani Electricity in April 2019, previously served as Head of Talent Management, Learning, and Talent Acquisition.

With over twenty years of experience in Talent Management and Development, Sanjeev is dedicated to driving business excellence by maximizing human potential. He has conducted numerous workshops on various topics, including Behavioral Interviewing skills, engaging with young talent on campuses.

Sanjeev's extensive experience includes designing and implementing long-term Leadership Development Initiatives in partnership with prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Before his current role, he led Learning and Development at Adani Group and held key positions at Vedanta, Trent Ltd (A Tata Enterprise), and Wockhardt.

Sanjeev holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, an MBA from Shivaji University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the College of Engineering & Technology in Akola.
