Opportunity To Reimagine HR Function

During the pandemic, the HR function is all set to complete revamp. AI & machine learning are the two big areas that enable companies to make data-centric decisions for business and bring in efficiency through automation in the function of Human Resources. HR leaders on the large scale are thinking about reimagining the various functions and operations of the organization as everything went under total transformation recently.

The pandemic was not part of anyone’s KRA and it brought in a huge opportunity for all of us to relook at the way we function.
