Myntra Appoints Monalisha As Head- Performance, People Analytics, Talent Branding And HR Strategy
Prior to joining Myntra, she was leading as associate director HR at Flipkart
Monalisha has been appointed Head- Performance, People Analytics, Talent Branding And HR Strategy at Myntra in July 2024 this year.
In her new role she will be leading HR strategy, focussing on performance enhancement, driving people analytics and will also strengthen Myntra's talent branding efforts.
Further, she is known to be possessing consulting experience from her previous role as Rewards Consultant at Mercer, where she advised organisations on compensation structures and rewards strategies
