Lionel Paul David has been appointed as the Head of HR at Watertec India, effective immediately.
He confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn stating, “Thrilled to embark on a new adventure with Watertec India as the Head of HR. The timing could not have been any better, as we look forward to unlocking the brand promise and accelerated growth through business transformation as a Warburg Pincus LLC portfolio company.”

With a wealth of experience, David is an expert in workforce planning, recruitment, leadership hiring, employer branding, talent development, organisation development and change management.
Previously, he has held key leadership positions at Stellantis, RR Donnelley, Olam and Exemplarr Worldwide.
