Neha is a transformational HR leader with extensive expertise in comprehensive HR functions, including Strategic HR Business Partnering, Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Learning, and Staffing.
With 20 years of experience in human resources across various geographies, both in India and internationally, Neha has a proven track record of success. Before joining Info Edge India, she served as the Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil & Gas, where she led initiatives in Talent build-buy strategy and execution, Employee Experience, HR Shared Services, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for a diverse and dynamic workforce in India’s largest private sector Oil & Gas Exploration & Production company.
Her career includes pivotal roles at renowned multinational corporations such as Honeywell, Reckitt, Microsoft, GE, and Adobe.
Neha holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from SIBM Pune and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and HR from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University.
