HRs Align Strengths Of Employees And Leaders Of The Organization: Sunil Lulla, Group CEO, Balaji Telefilms

The decision makers of hiring talent from the market play a bigger role than that. They create leaders within companies who grow its value and maintains the well being of employees.

"The current leaders of the country are playing till their strengths. I learnt an important point from the former Indian wicketkeeper and cricket captain MS Dhoni, you don't always have to be in the front. He used to stand behind the stumps leading the team to several achievements including 2 world cup titles. If you work on your team's strengths everyday, then you can turn out to be a successful leader. The HRs in various organizations similarly aren't always on the forefront, but the ones successful in their field are the ones that create an efficient workforce. Human Resources aligns the strengths of employees and leaders of the organization. These leaders with the help of an open and transparent system understand their co-workers better and generate compassion wherever it is necessary," said Sunil Lulla, Group CEO, Balaji Telefilms during his address on 'Leadership = Compassion + Empathy'.

Various organizations have a different set of rules, policies and workflow models. The best example of compassion and empathy reflects when they follow their company guidelines.

"It is very important for organizations to follow their own rules because they are created with empathy", added Sunil.
