Happiest Minds Technologies Acquires Macmillan Learning India

Happiest Minds Technologies has finaliesd a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire the entire equity interest in Macmillan Learning India. Upon the completion of the transaction, Macmillan Learning India will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Happiest Minds Technologies. The acquisition, valued at Rs 4.5 crore, is slated for completion by April 30.

Macmillan Learning India specialises in providing software development services to the Macmillan Group. This acquisition significantly bolsters Happiest Minds Technologies' robust Edutech vertical and positions the company as a strategic ally for the Macmillan group, a global leader in the learning, education, and publishing sector.

Happiest Minds Technologies operates as a digital transformation IT consulting and services firm, with segments including Infrastructure Management & Security Services (IMSS), Product and Digital Engineering Services (PDES), and Generative AI Business Services (GBS).
