GCCs To Lease 40-45% Of Total Office Space In India This Year

Expanding to over 1,900 centers supporting 2 million professionals by 2025

ORGATEC India highlights transformative innovations in workplace design, including sustainable building technologies, adaptive workspaces, and advanced design solutions. With Global Capability Centers (GCCs) reshaping the office landscape, it’s projected that GCCs will lease 40-45% of total office space in India this year, expanding to over 1,900 centers supporting 2 million professionals by 2025.
