Diverse Perspectives Makes Overall Quality Of Decision Making Better: Manmeet Sandhu

The last few years have brought a revolution in the HR industry because of the rise of technology. Although the industry has faced its fair share of COVID-19 consequences. However, HR trends will continue to drive transformation and new trends are all set to shape the future of work.

Head-HR at PhonePe, Manmeet Sandhu in her address at BW People HR 40 under 40 Summit and Awards 2021 talked about how to create a diverse startup ecosystem, tackling conscious and unconscious bias to drive diversity and inclusion journey. 

Talking about the idea of positive disruption, Sandhu said, "At Phonepe has been about creating opportunities for all and expanding the availability of talent in such a way that everybody can be contributing." 

Sandhu added that more diverse representation not just enables everyone to contribute to what they do best but makes everyone smarter. By considering diverse perspectives while making decisions, the overall quality of decision-making gets better.
