DHL eCommerce Appoints Prapti Mutha Nahar As Head Of Talent & OD

DHL eCommerce (Blue Dart) has appointed Prapti Mutha Nahar as its new Head of Talent and Organisation Development.

Nahar, a seasoned HR professional with diverse industry experience, joins DHL eCommerce from Amdocs, where she served as a Global HR Business Leader. Her extensive background includes roles in Performance and Talent Management, Organisation Development, Employee Engagement, and Learning and Development, with a focus on Organisational Analysis, Behavior, Culture, Change, Development, and Effectiveness.
