Citi Group announce its enhanced Parental Leave and new Caregiver Leave for colleagues in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
These changes underscore their commitment to an inclusive workplace and supporting colleagues and their families through major life stages.
Beginning immediately; All new parents will receive 16 weeks of paid leave, ensuring more time to bond with a child and supporting all paths to parenthood. Birth parents will receive additional paid recovery time of up to eight weeks.
All colleagues will be eligible for two weeks of paid leave annually to care for an immediate family member.
Their goal is to introduce similar leave programs across the globe over time.
