Aargee is an IT Staffing company renowned for its expertise in the tech staffing industry. This strategic acquisition, 4th in the last 1 year, signifies another stride in CIEL's pursuit of growth objectives and its IPO plans. This acquisition will help CIEL further enhance its professional staffing service offering by providing the best-suited IT and Engineering talent tailored to the clients' needs.
The press conference held on 27 November 2023 was aimed at announcing four major developments within the company. Top executives of CIEL announced the acquisition of Aargee Staffing Services, the launch of ‘CHROs of Tomorrow’ programme aimed at developing future HR leaders, the launch of ‘Career Accelerator Programme’ to equip the young workforce with the necessary skills to sustain in the industry, and the launch of a gig-platform for high-end niche consultants ‘EzyConsult’.

During the press conference, it was revealed that the platform ‘EzyConsult’ will bring together veterans in the consultancy industry.
