Captain Fresh, has announced the appointment of Mathew George as its Group CFO, effective May 17, 2024.
Prior to this appointment, Mathew was the Group CFO at Medi Assist Health Care Services, where he led multiple successful M&As that helped the company consolidate its position as a market leader in the industry. He was instrumental in managing the company’s recent IPO, which was oversubscribed 14.3 times.
Mathew brings nearly three decades of progressive experience across diverse global markets, including the US, Europe, India, Dubai, and Nigeria, having held leadership roles in Jumbo Electronics, HCL Technologies, Cognizant Technologies Accenture, GE Capital, and Genpact. A seasoned professional in corporate finance, Mathew has a proven track record of partnering with promoters and private equity investors to develop robust corporate structures that uphold compliance, ensure tax efficiency, improve profitability, and catalyse growth.
