BW BUSINESSWORLD HR EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2021: Celebrating Unparalleled Excellence

The event will recognise and accredit industry awards to companies and individuals who foster outstanding HR Strategy & Operational Excellence under three broad categories of HR Execution, HR Strategies and HR Leadership. 

Going beyond a traditional summit, the event acknowledges the dynamism of the HR playing field which is now enthused by technological prowess, a diverse workforce, new employee regulations, increasing competition and the environmental pressures of the VUCA world, all of which ride alongside the need to uphold and add value to the existing Human Resource function. 

The Awards are carefully deliberated by a multi-tier evaluation and screening process. An industry-expert jury panel will allow the finalists to present their case and this will be followed by the Jury’s evaluation of the progress and the candidate’s potential along with different parameters. 

The distinguished members of the 6th Edition of HR Excellence Awards includes, Kulmeet Bawa, the President and Managing Director of SAP Indian Subcontinent who will presiding as the Jury chair. Dwarakanath the Former Chairman of GlaxoSmithKline, Dr Punam Sahgal- Former Dean & Professor at IIM Lucknow, Dr Pawan Kumar Singh, the Director of MDI, Raj Nayak- the Founder and MD of House of Cheer Networks, Rajendra Shrivastav- President of AES India, Rahul Sood- MD of BBC Global News India/South Asia and Sudhir Mishra the Founder and Managing Partner of Trust Legal.
