Boohoo Group's CPO Steps Down

Boohoo Group's CPO (chief people officer), Siobhan Forey, has taken voluntary exit from the position after three years.

Prior to working with Boohoo during March 2021, Forey spent over 20 years in a number of senior HR positions. He has worked with brands like Topshop owner Arcadia Group in the list.

She is known to have practised in leading transformational change, acquisition & disposal and business restructuring. Her broad expertise including talent development, total rewards, talent acquisition and organisation capability. 

Further, she even possesses a proven ability in working with a variety of leadership styles across organisations.

The decision to step down is due to internal movements, which lead to making Stephen Morana as its new chief financial officer.
