Axis Securities Welcomes Back Ketan Darji As Head Of TA

Axis Securities has welcomed Ketan Darji back as their new Head of Talent Acquisition. This marks Darji's second tenure with the company, having previously served as the Talent Acquisition Head and HR Business Partner. In his new role, Darji will be at the helm of leading talent acquisition efforts.

Prior to this, Darji held the position of Vice President of HR at Kotak Mahindra Bank for seven months, beginning in December 2023.

Bringing over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, Darji's career includes significant roles at Anand Rathi Financial Services, Sahara India, Karvy Stock Broking, Angel Broking, Sharekhan, and HDFC Bank. He is well-versed in recruitment and selection, talent acquisition, staffing, campus hiring, employer branding, mentoring, coaching, team management, and vendor management.
