Possessing a well-rounded experience in Human resources – recruitment, special projects, Business partner & organization development, Amrita Walia Kumar, Assistant Director HR, Ernest and Young have been blessed with great opportunities to provide HR advisory to more than 1200 employees armed by career journey incepted with recruitment consulting almost 15 years ago.

Being an Advisory to partner group and senior leader on strategic decision making, Kumar has helped enable the firm with strong decision points. This Transformational Agent wishes to become a renowned author of her own book, based on her experiences in Human resources.
