Vishal is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation USA. Vishal has a rich corporate HR experience spanning over 20 years. He has handled critical portfolios for businesses. He has worked with prestigious organizations like UnitedHealth Group, GE Capital Services in Asia Pacific in HR leadership roles Vishal works closely with the leadership team to drive the strategic HR mandate to build a high-performance organization by deploying L&D strategy in line with Indus Tower’s overall business plan & strategy. His contributions in driving targeted initiatives to ensure effective development and retention of talent at Indus Towers has led to internal as well as external recognitions. Under his leadership, Indus Towers has been recognized in multiple national and international forums for its progressive people practices in the L&D space.
