If not in the current profession, you would be?
In the armed forces. I couldn't join Armed forces so ,finally i got into Education, that's the second best way to serve my country.

One tune you always hum?

Tomorrow never dies - by Sheryl Crow , I believe in Hope and tomorrow brings hope. No matter how your day is, pick up the dust and start afresh Tom.

One book to read when you want to motivate yourself?
What they don't teach you at the Harvard business school by Mark McCormack- I agree with the book as it teaches you to be street smart , that one doesn't get to learn even in Harvard. Seasoning that ones from working on ground isn't taught.

One dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most?
When you have to shoot, shoot don't talk - from the movie the good, the bad and the ugly. Action! That's what I believe in, an action oriented person gets results, talks don't' serve well enough.

The place you have never been to and always want to go?
Cape Canaveral, Florida. I always wanted to experience a space craft being launched. That's an exhilarating experience. Hopefully Soon!

An animal that signifies you & why?
Elephant. Intelligence, Leadership and Loyalty. - I feel I connect with an elephant , that's why we chose it to be our brand mascot for the value which it stands for.

A Movie Character you most resemble or resonate with?
Mufasa. This Character is a perfect blend of a good leader, father and a family person.

If your life was to be turned into a movie, who would you like to play your part?
Ranbir Kapoor - Guess he will do justice to my personality. I quite liked his performances

Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?
Hard work + a smile from Lady luck! - Luck helps only those who are ready to sweat and hard work never goes waste so a bit of both is necessary.

One best decision you ever made?
Quitting Smoking. - Smoking slowed me down and I now feel I never needed it. To all the folks who are still at it, stop now, you won't regret it.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?
Follow my heart. Any decision taken from the heart is always the right one.

Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?
My Mom- She is my mentor and coach. She has always guided me to the right path and always will.

What has been your biggest achievement?
Organizing World Robot Olympiad 2016 in India. Getting India on the international map was crucial for me. India has a lot of talent and I wanted the world to see it

One thing that you want to change in yourself?

Impatience - It has both good and bad sides to it. I'm working on the bad side of it.

A line said by your closed one that you never forget?
Learn one good thing from everyone you meet. Every person has something to teach, based on their exp in life, I've learned few life hacks from people which has come in handy.
