The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz as one can get lifelong lessons from this classic.

One dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most?

“The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it” from The Wolf of Wall Street.

The place you have never been to and always want to go?

Prague due to its picturesque downtown which looks like a fairytale. I shall mostly be on travel to places of my business however have never got a chance to visit this part of Europe, however its on top of my dream places to explore. 

An animal that signifies you & why?

The Cheetah, also known as hunting leopard. Like they have the fastest speed, I’m a fast learner however not as fast as cheetah J

A Movie Character you most resemble or resonate with?

Will Smith’s character in The Pursuit of Happyness. I can relate to most of the challenges and struggle of Chris Gardner, confidence on own product and his determination to succeed. 

If your life was to be turned into a movie, who would you like to play your part?

May be Mr.Shahrukh Khan or Will Smith, however I would like to play the role myself as I believe no one can portray my journey with that justice until they have passed the tunnels I have been.

Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?

Both are equally important however Luck favors those who are Persistent, Perseverant and Patient. If one is strongly determined to succeed and work towards it consistently without quitting or being lazy, success is inevitable. 

One best decision you ever made?

Marrying love of my life Vrushali. She plays a key role in my transformation as an individual and as a professional. She is the driving force behind my success.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

I recognize the decision, research the information related to the decision, take opinions, assess, select the solution, execute and observe the results 

Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?

When I am in dilemma I go on a chill and relaxed mode. I take a walk, hum a song, read my favorite books, watch good movies or the fastest thing I do is taking a deep breath and smile. Once I am happy and at ease, I narrow down the choices and visualize the results. On certain occasions, I seek advice from my mother Mrs Sakuntala Pradhan as parents are the best consultants and advice from the experience of their life.

What has been your biggest achievement?One thing that you want to change in yourself?

As an Individual, my greatest achievement is getting selected by a top International call center, for an US voice process wherein I was being rejected previously due to poor communication skills. As a leader, my greatest achievement is leading, training, motivating an inexperienced team and setting up the benchmark in quality for the process.

A line said by your closed one that you never forget?

“Assumption is the mother of all screw ups!.” said by one of my previous bosses whom I adore. This means sometimes we make assumptions based on incomplete or false information, and this could influence us to take wrong decisions. We should aim to take an educated decision by logic, data or opinion of others.
