If not in the current profession, you would be?

This one from my favorite movie –In the Pursuit of happiness

Father to his little son: “Don’t ever let somebody tell you, you can’t do something, not even me. Alright? You dream, you gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you, you can’t do it. If you want something, go get it. Period.”

Deepika Padukone or Priyanka Chopra whoever has the dates available ;-)

Luck or hard work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?

You have to make luck happen through a lot of hard work! You create your own luck with perseverance, tenacity, habits, and hard work. I believe luck is around. The world is full of glorious stories of overnight successes having put in years and years of hard work.

One best decision you ever made?

Quitting my job to chase my dreams

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

Procrastination comes at a cost so take that decision and move ahead. You will figure out whether the decision was right or wrong one day but delaying and not taking a decision is the worst decision ever

Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?

I turn to my husband for all the professional advice and for personal advice, I am blessed to have a set of very close friends

What has been your biggest achievement?

My biggest achievement is being able to discover my true calling in life. Some people just know it and some spend a lifetime looking for one, but once you know the raison de etre, you are on a journey of your choice and there is no bigger joy than that.

One thing that you want to change in yourself?

My big buck teeth

A line said by your close one that you never forget

Actually this is a line by James Dyson but something that I can never forget

“I used to do long-distance running at school, and you only succeed by doing a huge amount of training and by having great stamina and understanding that other people are also feeling tired at the same time and so when you feel tired that is when you accelerate and that’s when you start winning”
