If not in the current profession, you would be?
A politician. I can think from many perspectives and can understand the differing views of people so were it not for my interest in real estate, that would probably be what I would pursue.

“Woh Sikander hi doston kehlata hai, hari bazi ko jeetna jise aata hai” (Friends, he is called a champion, The one who knows how to win a losing game) from 1992 Aamir Khan-starrer 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar'. This tune holds true in my case and is very close to my heart.
One book to read when you want to motivate yourself.
There are few good books that I refer to when I need a dose of motivation - Good to Great (James C. Collins), The Art of War (Sun Tzu), The 48 Laws of Power (Robert Greene).

It is from the Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Bollywood movie Manjhi “Bhagwan ke bharose mat baithiye, kya pta bhagwan humare bharose baitha ho.” (Don't depend on god totally, who knows even he is dependent on us)
The place you never been to and always want to go
There are, in fact, a lot of places I would like to go as my work rarely allows me to take the liberty of vacations but the one that stands out for me is the Caribbean Islands. Would love to enjoy the beauty of clear blue seas.

Lion. I always prefer to play from the front and use all my power & strength to achieve the goal.

ROCKY, a boxer’s life portrayed by Sylvestor Stallone - which talks about a person’s struggle from rags to riches fighting the battle of family, competition and still working hard towards his vision.

Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?
It is always hard work that makes someone successful. “God Helps those who help themselves”, so clearly luck will follow hard work.
One best decision you ever made.
After my 12th, I was enrolled in an Engineering College. However, from an early age, I wished to become an entrepreneur. So, against the wish of my parents, I left my college mid way to take a plunge into the world of
entrepreneurship. Frankly, it was a little scary at that time. Now, when I look back it was this decision that made all the difference.
A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or professional life?
Don’t overreact. It is always important to understand and listen to all perspectives instead of reacting to something based on limited information. What is done is done, we need to always find solutions.
Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?
My gut instincts. It always leads me to the right places otherwise to experiences that I need to learn and grow.
What has been your biggest achievement?
Achievements are relative & as an entrepreneur, I always prefer to focus on the next mission. Though sometimes, we do take pride in the fact that in a short time we have built a host of successful businesses spanning a wide range of verticals -- Real Estate, E-commerce, Import/ export, media, interior designing.
One thing that you want to change in yourself.
My health. Time willing, I would like to give more time to my health.
