Corporate world has always fascinated me and I always wanted to set up my own business. I took over administration of the school when my father retired and thought to establish a name in education after putting my running business on autopilot.

Waqt se din aur raat, waqt se kal aur aaj, waqt ki har shai ghulaam,waqt kaa har shai pe raaj. A song from movie Waqt (1965), which was sung by Mohammad Rafi for the legendary Balraj Sahni Ji on screen always reminds me that we can never ignore Waqt (Time).

Unfortunately, Sanjeev Kumar is no more if he would be alive, then definitely he would be the ideal choice. Among the present actors, I think Manoj Bajpayee is perfect to play Ajay Kapur on the silver screen.

To have the perfect life partner as having one, solves almost every problem in life.

Listen first then take an informed decision and measuring the tentative results in real-time.
Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?
I seek solace in 'me time' first and then think of the best person to take advice from. In personal life, it is my wife and in the profession, I have friends on whom I can bank on.
What has been your biggest achievement?
Having been able to raise my business (First Generation) from zero to 800 crores in a span of 30 years.
One thing that you want to change in yourself?
To become a good listener.
