1. If not in the current profession, you would be?

I think I would be a professional scuba diver. I love the world under the water, it is so peaceful and amazing. I still follow it as a passion and keep on exploring the underwater world.

2. One tune you always hum.

I love Bollywood music, especially the old classics. My favourite track is from one of my favourite movies "So gaya yeh jahan so gaya aasman".

3. One book to read when you want to motivate yourself.

While I was still studying in college I read "Winning" by Jack Welch. It really helped me transform as a professional, I keep referring to it whenever in doubt. It gives me a different perspective on how to manage things in the professional environment.

4. One dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most.

"Thappad se darr nahi lagta sahib pyaar se lagta hai" from Dabangg. As an entrepreneur I can so much relate to this as difficult times only make you stronger and wiser and not the best of the times.

5. The place you never been to and always want to go.

With Elon Musk SpaceX now the dream destination has changed to space.

6. An animal that signifies you & why?

I think I relate to most is Tiger because of the strength and speed with which a tiger moves.

7. A Movie Character you most resemble or resonate with.

I resonate with all the characters of Irfan Khan a lot, the sense of humour in what he says resonates so much with me.

8. If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

I am a die hard fan of Friends, If the life was to be turned into a movie I would want Mathew Parry to play the role of me. I have been waiting for a friends reunion for more than a decade, it will fulfil that wish as well.

9. Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?

Definitely Hard Working, people can get lucky sometimes but hard work pays you every time. You keep on doing the right thing and nothing can stand your way if you are determined and focused.

10. One best decision you ever made.

I quit my job and jumped into the startup world. It was the most difficult decision, I had to fly to US for a job and I knew that I am never gonna come back to India if I go their once, so on the day when I had to go I decided to quit I was very young back then 24 yrs and decided to follow my dreams and not live someone else.

11. A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life.

Never Back Down, I don't know that. I always fight back and give it my best fight. You win or loose doesn't matter to me, it is important that you have put the fight.

12. Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?

My wife, although I hate it most of the time but deep inside I always know that she is always right.

13. What has been your biggest achievement?

Throughout my life I have invested the most with people; Friends, family and colleagues and I believe the strong bond with everyone I share is the biggest achievement.

14. One thing that you want to change in yourself.

Sometimes to make a point I get into arguments which I never should. Arguing is bad and many times you hurt people without intention. In recent years I have worked on this and have significantly improved but their is a long way to go.

15. A line said by your close one that you never forget.

"The world has always been revolutionised by people who are stubborn but humble" - Stubborn that you do not leave your ground and humble that you are not arrogant
