In the last thirty decades, Mariwala has changed the commodities business into a leading consumer product and services brand in the Beauty and Wellness sector.
Mariwala’s passion for innovation prompted him to establish the Marico Innovation Foundation in 2003 which fuels innovative projects in India. He also started ASCENT in 2012, a not-for-profit to create a unique trust-based peer platform for high potential but growth-stage entrepreneurs that borrow on the ‘power of the collective’ and breed an ecosystem of experiences, ideas, insights and to create a healthy ecosystem to learn from each other and grow their enterprise.
