VE Commercial Vehicles Appoints Deepshikha Malik As Head of HR
VE Commercial Vehicles has appointed HR Leader Deepshikha Malik as Head of HR.
"Happy to share that I have joined Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles as Head HR, CORe Business", said Malik in a LinkedIn post.
Malik will be heading HR for VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (CORe Business Division). VECV Company operates with a workforce strength of 2500 ppl spread across 16 locations and 90+ sites in India.
Prior to joining VECV, Malik worked at Hero MotoCorp for 19 years and climbed up the ladder in the HR domain by working in various capacities. Her forte lies in Leading and Managing Talent Development & OD, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, HRIS (SuccessFactors), Employee Engagement, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and Operations Manufacturing.
Her strengths as a Leader include Strategic orientation, Customer focus, People Development, and Emotional Intelligence.
