Sunandan Bhanja Chaudhury said that the HR is the biggest alley of an organisation it helps and defines the culture of an organisation.

Sangeeta Talwar pointed out that with digitization and new age technologies HR's role is far more important than ever.

"The effort is more towards macro instead of micro, the important element today should be the external environment impact. That how an organisation should be working towards the betterment of the nation", said Mahendra Swarup.

Bhaskar Pramanik expressed that the industry is forgetting high scale jobs while their focus is on mass jobs. 

Anurag Batra pointed out that the employment percentage has declined over the past two years.

Harsh Wardhan suggested that there should be connect between the HR and the employee, internal process should be strengthened in a manner to develop connect and to feel welcome.

"65% of the employee is under the age of 30 nowadays, the big challenge is to manage and engage the new generation", said B Thiagarajan.
