The Forum on Workplace Inclusion honours Dr Niru Kumar for her pioneering work in the diversity and inclusion space around the world during its 35th annual conference.
The conference featured many of the world’s top DEI thought leaders through highly anticipated General Sessions and Keynote sessions.
For more than 35 years, The Forum on Workplace Inclusion has built an active community of cross-sector leaders who gather each year to learn and grow through facilitated dialogue, structured networking and experiential learning.
The Padma Shri Awardee thanked the organisation for the recognition on a global stage.
