The Final Chapter Of ITTL'23-24 Recognises Pioneers In Tech & Innovation

The India Tech Talent League (ITTL'23-24), the massive spectacle where different cities get to witness the incredible ways technology is reshaping industries. Having left its mark on Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune, the technological wave took a halt at New Delhi, celebrating India's incredible tech skills and ingenious ideas.

This event gathered bright minds and seasoned professionals including CEOs, CXOs, CHROs, Technology Leaders, Business Heads, Universities/Institutions – Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Directors, Dean Academics, Placement Directors, Director/Dean of Corporate Relations, and Startups. 

The India Tech Talent League organised by MyAnatomy, co-organised by ISF and powered by BW People along with T-Hub as the Knowledge Partner, TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) as the Skilling Partner, Chitkara as the University Partner, CEED as the Innovation Partner, Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship – CoE as AI Innovation Partner and Ontropi as the Startup Ecosystem Partner—all collaborated with a shared mission to create an environment that offers equal opportunities for tech talent.

MyAnatomy, in collaboration with BW People, orchestrated a one-day event that brought together an impressive gathering of over 350 leaders, spanning executives, scholars, and industry experts. With the theme "Talent- Technology-Transformation," ITTL unfolded a compelling exploration into the future landscape of talent management in the wake of the surging influence of AI and Automation. The day was marked by stimulating discussions, addressing the challenges of bridging the industry-education gap and navigating the intricate landscape of opportunities presented by cutting-edge technologies. It unfolds with a rich tapestry of experiences, featuring insightful presentations, cultural performances, thought-provoking panel discussions, collaborative round tables, and prestigious award ceremonies.

Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman & Editor-In-Chief of BW Businessworld Media Group and Founder of Exchange4Media Group said that India, with an impressive success ratio of 6 out of 7, demonstrates notable progress in innovation, streamlining processes, improving service delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It is crucial to reduce the fear of failure, urging a shift towards celebrating success. 

T. G. Sitharam, Chairman of All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (Former Director of IIT Guwahati), mentioned that artificial intelligence has positively impacted the workflow at AICTE. Emphasising the significance of two vital domains, he highlighted the importance of concentrating on knowledge creation and skill development in innovative technologies that are transforming the industry and reshaping its outlook. The field of skilling is expected to evolve into a major industry in the coming years, with quality playing a pivotal role in education, universities, and talent, thereby establishing a standardised talent landscape within an innovative ecosystem. 

During the discussion, Shagun Dash, a 14-year-old student, presented a thorough examination of artificial intelligence (AI) and its extensive consequences. She delved into the broader scope, discussing both the favorable and unfavorable facets of AI. 

The CHAT EPT LIVE was kickstarted by Ganesh K Shenoy, Chairman at ITTL & Chief Mentor at MyAnatomy, and Haresh Patel, Co-chair at ITTL & Member Advisory Board at MyAnatomy. The focus of their dialogue revolved around the intricate dynamics of education, universities, and companies, and how they are gearing up for similar challenges. The discussion encapsulated key themes such as the readiness of education systems, universities, and corporate entities in the face of evolving challenges.

Overall, the initiation of the CHAT EPT LIVE by Ganesh K Shenoy and Haresh Patel highlighted the critical intersections between education, universities, and companies, addressing pivotal aspects like impact, ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI. Shrikant Sinha, CEO at Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) emphasised the importance of vigilant supervision to safeguard systems from hacking.

In essence, the CHAT EPT LIVE with industry experts on the panel encapsulated the multifaceted challenges and opportunities at the nexus of technology, education, and industry. The shared vision of a future where human time is saved constructively through technology, allowing for more creativity and introspection.

Captain Yashika, in her discussion on leadership, emphasised the significant digitalisation in the army. She stressed that a code of conduct and personal demeanor are crucial for achieving success, as your actions garner acceptance and respect. She highlighted the importance of culture, stating that it prevails over strategies, particularly in navigating disruptive life. 

J A Chowdary, Founder of ISF, highlighted that mentoring is vital for navigating the disruptive landscape effectively. While creating new tech products may be straightforward, he emphasized that the real challenge lies in monetizing these innovations through traditional approaches, requiring additional efforts. Currently, India is a land of opportunities. 

Shrinivas Mahankali, CEO at T-HUB, emphasissed the importance of directing attention towards virtual incubators. He mentioned that there is an increase in government funding for incubators to bolster innovation and its positive impacts. 

The day-long summit was followed by several panel discussions with industry leaders revolving around AI revolution, digitization, academia- government collaborations and corporate revolution and evolution.  

As the peak of disruptive innovation's impact was about to subside, the ITTL stage transformed into a platform for honoring and celebrating exceptional individuals. These individuals not only demonstrated remarkable leadership but also made an enduring impact in their respective domains. Deenanath Harapanahali, the Founder and CEO of LifeCykul, had the honor of presenting the awards. The accolades included the distinguished Startup Excellence Award, the Iconic Leadership Award, the Radiant Leadership Award, the Beyond Leadership Recognition, and the Stellar Leadership Award. Each award symbolised the highest level of excellence and distinction in its specific field. 

In essence, the India Tech Talent League encapsulated the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and transformation in the Indian tech landscape. It served as a beacon, guiding the nation toward a future where technology and talent converge to create new possibilities and opportunities. As India continues its ascent in the global tech arena, events like ITTL'23-24 play a crucial role in shaping the narrative of progress and excellence.
