Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) in association with Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) will organize the 4th edition of HR Automotive Conclave on Friday, 10th May 2019 in Chennai. The day-long HR conclave will be based on the theme ‘Digitization and Disruption: HR Re-imagined and Redefined’.
The focus of the conference will be on the capabilities and skills required by the Auto industry in the future and to understand the ways in which, the ecosystem would have to come together, to help build these capabilities and skills for the organization, in order to win in the Future. Participants will also get to hear about the megatrends faced by the Indian auto industry, its implications on people and processes and the way forward for HR.
The day-long conclave will have various interesting sessions including capabilities of the future and human resource strategy, Human Machine - Reskilling for future jobs, Motivational session and Employee experiences- thriving in the digital world. The HR conclave aims to create the time and space for entrepreneurs, business leaders, line and HR managers and young HR executives of the Automobile, Auto components industry and dealerships to collectively dialogue on the many challenges facing organizations and leaders today, in the automotive space.
