Shahi Exports Appoints George Varghese M As CHRO

India’s number one apparel exporter, Shahi Exports has appointed George Varghese M as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Alumni of Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi,George has experience of two decades across entrepreneurship, manufacturing, IT/ITES, retail and pharma industry. He has worked with companies like Himatsingka Seide Limited, Accenture and Titan, etc.

In his previous role, George was serving as Head of Human Resources – Global Business Services, First Abu Dhabi Bank.

He will now lead the people strategy at Shahi Exports.

Having around 55 factories across India and with a workforce of nearly 1.25 lakh people, Shahi Exports is one of the most respected apparel export houses in India. It is also known for its employee-friendly policies and initiatives.
