Neha Bhandari Joins CARS24 As Head Of People & Culture

CARS24, the auto tech platform, has appointed Neha Bhandari as its new Head of People and Culture, effective November.
In a LinkedIn post, she shared her excitement, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head People and Culture at CARS24!”
An HR leader with over 18 years of experience, she has driven strategic initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and major growth brands in the IT, SaaS, and software sectors.
Prior to joining CARS24, she served as Director of Human Resources at VMock, where she successfully implemented HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Her expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition and management, organizational restructuring, employee engagement, leadership mentoring, and change management. Neha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis International University.
In addition, CARS24 recently reported a 25 per cent increase in its operational revenue for FY 2023-24, reaching ₹6,917 crore, up from ₹5,530 crore the previous year.
