Restructuring At Asurion Leads To Workforce Reductions

Asurion has disclosed that it intends to restructure its workforce, resulting in the termination of certain positions.The decision is intended to reduce organisational complexity and streamline operations. According to the insurance, fewer than 3% of its 19,500 workers worldwide will be impacted by the layoffs.
In an email, Asurion said, “We’ve evaluated our organisational structures and business processes to reduce decision-making complexity and streamline operations.”
