RattanIndia Appoints Jayant Khosla As CEO, Restructures Leadership Team

The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has appointed Jayant Khosla as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately. With an impressive three-decade leadership journey spanning across diverse consumer businesses in emerging markets, Khosla brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Having held key leadership positions in renowned companies such as VLCC, Landmark Group, Bharti Airtel, and Coca Cola, Khosla's track record of driving growth and innovation aligns perfectly with RattanIndia Enterprises' vision for expansion and excellence. His responsibilities will encompass overseeing the day-to-day operations, formulating and executing strategic initiatives, fostering synergies across group companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing financial reporting standards, all under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
In addition to Khosla's appointment, the Board has also re-designated Anjali Rattan Nashier and Rajiv Rattan as Co-Founders and Co-Chairpersons of the company.
