Quest Global has issued an advisory on an ongoing recruitment scam that is misusing the company brand name. Quest Global urges all candidates to remain vigilant and not fall victim to these fraudulent activities. The company has filed an FIR with the jurisdictional police to investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action against the perpetrators of this fraudulent activity.
The company reported that individuals falsely claiming to be employees of Quest Global are contacting potential job candidates with fake job offers. These scammers will push for banking and personal information and payment upfront for certification courses or computer equipment, promising reimbursement.
In an official statement, the company said, “Quest Global does not require job candidates to pay upfront for any certification courses, nor does the company request payment from candidates at any stage of our recruitment process. If you receive such calls or emails, do not provide personal information or make any payments.”
The company will never ask you to pay upfront fees for a job or for equipment. Nor will it ask you to pay them using cash, Google Pay, or PayPal. The company encourages everyone to exercise caution when receiving communications regarding job offers and to verify the identity of the sender.
