Philips India has announced the appointment of Sudeep Agrawal as Chief Financial Officer for the Indian Subcontinent, effective from 15th January 2018.
Sudeep’s overall responsibility will be to head the finance team in the Indian Subcontinent and assist the organization in continuous efforts to drive growth. He will also be responsible to lead talent development for finance functions within Philips India.
Sudeep has an extensive experience in driving consistent results in both developed and emerging markets. He has been working with Royal Philips since 1998, serving in various positions across Middle East, Africa, and Amsterdam before returning to Philips India in 2013. Since 2013, he led as the Head of audit for Personal Health business and India, Middle East and Africa. One of his key roles at Philips as a financial operations leader has been to formulate assessment profile for entire Personal Health business in close co-ordination with stakeholders across domains. He has also been accountable for mitigating financial and business risks in these emerging markets.
His achievements during the tenure in Middle East include Director Finance for Personal Health along with setting up of shared business services and further embedding the culture of continued education and compliance in the organization.

Sudeep is an MBA from the Australian University of Wollongong (U.A.E). Sudeep is based out of Gurgaon in the Philips Corporate office.
