Paul Dupuis Joins Bain & Company As External Advisor

Paul Dupuis, formerly the CEO of Randstad India and ex-CEO & Chairman of Randstad Japan, has recently joined Bain & Company as an External Advisor to the firm.

Bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and strategic insights gained from his extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, Dupuis is set to enrich Bain's esteemed advisory network.

Recognised for his exceptional leadership skills and thought leadership, Dupuis spearheaded the remarkable turnaround of Randstad's operations in India, overseeing 75 branches, 2000 core employees, and a workforce of over 60,000 contractors. Subsequently, he led Randstad Japan to achieve record revenue growth and top profitability globally among Randstad OPCO's.

Throughout his career, Dupuis has been dedicated to building high-performing organisations, driving organisational excellence, and fostering innovation with a people-focused approach.

His expertise in staffing and recruitment encompasses a diverse range of solutions, including blue and white-collar staffing, in-house outsourcing, BPO, RPO, MSP, permanent recruitment, executive search and outplacement. Additionally, his hands-on experience with M&A, PMI, strategic planning, organizational development, and employer branding further strengthens his role as a valuable addition to BAIN's network of external advisors.
